This isn't a firm where the founder scales and the team stays still. When the revenue grows, the arrangement grows with it. The people who are here early won't be on the same terms forever — and that's by design.
Client work is what we're paid for. But ShutterPhrase also makes its own — and so will you. The creative energy that doesn't fit a client scope has a home here. Your personal brand gets built alongside the ShutterPhrase brand. Same outlet, different canvas.

On-Site · Mumbai
Brand, portrait, and product photography for D2C brands, founders, and creators. You shoot independently, deliver edited selects, and represent ShutterPhrase on-project. A portfolio that has something to say is the only entry requirement.
Short-form brand videos, Reels, and social content. Shoot and edit end-to-end. Multi-ratio delivery and on-set audio handling are baseline requirements, not optional extras.
Cinematic brand films and high-production content series. You develop the visual language, not just execute someone else's. Cinema or professional mirrorless system required. Strong colour grading is expected.
Remote · Post-Production
Commercial gallery editing in Lightroom Classic or Capture One. Brand-consistent retouching across large volumes. Maximum 2 active projects — output quality is protected by design.
Brand reels, product videos, and social-first content. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Full audio pipeline and basic After Effects are expected. Maximum 2 active projects.
Brand motion packages, title sequences, and social-first animation. After Effects at a professional level — not templates. On-demand to start; one of the highest-demand scopes we're seeing and growing fast.
You own the pipeline from cold to booked. Follow up on inbound leads, run outbound prospecting, schedule discovery calls, and warm prospects to the point where a project is ready to close. Commission-based — 10% per converted project.
